Training for a 100 Mile Sportive or Ride 100
The '100 Mile Programme' is designed for groups of female cyclists (friends or a club or workplace) who are training for an endurance event such as the Ride100, The Etape, a weekend in the Alps or any other distance cycling event.

The programme begins with a group coaching session focusing on technical skills such as cornering; climbing and descending; bike position; group riding and etiquette; clothing and equipment.

Each rider will then receive a personalised training plan to follow and a coach on hand to support, motivate and answer questions, as well as nutrition advice and event preparation advice.

Further 1:1 sessions can be added to the programme as required.

Please get in touch for more information.

Mountain Bike Coaching and Led Rides

Beginners or intermediate led rides and skills sessions available. Why not organise a group ride for a group of friends or as a company 'team building' event.

Please get in touch to arrange a bespoke course or a led ride or see the rides page for more information and pricing.

Breeze Bike Rides
I am one of the local Breeze Champions and we regularly add new rides to the website; the rides are free and great fun! Search the website for ‘Windsor’ or your preferred location. There is a 9.30am ride every Friday in spring and summer of varying distances and speed so just pick one that suits you!

The Breeze Network from British Cycling is all about fun, local bike rides for women, by women. There is a whole range of support, advice, training and ride opportunities too. The network's informal and relaxed and FREE.

Getting involved is easy. You can use the Ride Finder to look for a Breeze Ride in your area and more are being added all the time.

Breeze is part of British Cycling’s commitment to getting more women riding bikes for fun, and the network has been made possible by investment from the Active Women Campaign funded through the National Lottery and Sport England.

We also have a Facebook page for Windsor & East Berkshire.
