If so this Spring Cycle Coaching Package is for you. We will work together to set appropriate goals and targets, training will be tailored to fit your lifestyle and your coach will keep you focused and motivated with regular communication.

Your Package Includes:
Comprehensive Rider Questionnaire
Initial Consultation to establish goals, health and fitness history and any other needs
Lifestyle Analysis and Time Planning
Goal Setting
Annual Planning and Periodisation of Training based on key goals & events
Monthly Bespoke Training Plan with description and explanation of training sessions
Event Preparation
Emails - 2 per week
Training Peaks Account - athlete package

£120 for first month, £99 per month thereafter for a minimum of 3 months.

To ride at your best and hit your cycling goals you need great nutrition that fits with your life. Spring Cycle Coaching gives that to you via our partners, fitnaturally, who provide weekly bespoke cycling nutrition plans as well as simple plans to fuel your training, while maintaining or reaching your goal weight. All Spring Cycle Coaching clients get a £10 Sigma Sport voucher when joining fitnaturally's bespoke nutrition plans and a £5 voucher for all their other brilliant plan options!

Technical Skills / Bike Handling Skills for Road or Mountain Bike £40/hr
Route Planning and Training / Commuting Route Advice £40/hr
Led Rides for Road or Mountain Bike for 1-2hrs £40/hr or 3-5hrs £30/hr
Road Confidence Sessions for dealing with traffic, complex junctions, roundabouts 'etc' £40/hr
